About the Institute
The Semiconductor Technology Institute (itt Chip) is a center to support product development, research and innovation in packaging and testing of semiconductors, with experience in the development of single-chip multicomponent systems (SiP - System in a Package) aimed at IoT applications and Industry 4.0. The institute also develops microfluidic devices for the health area, sensors (MEMS) and solutions for flexible electronics (wearable electronics) and nanomaterials.
In the area of applied research, the institute offers companies various technological support solutions, training, and project services, prototyping and testing of chips and electronic products and sensor development. In addition, itt Chip houses the Professional Master's Degree, in chip design, packaging, IoT solutions, industry 4.0, microfabrication, sensors and development of new materials and processes.

Itt Chip develops RD&I products and projects, in addition to providing design, simulation, qualification, failure analysis and prototyping services. With a multidisciplinary scientific and
